She is watching one of those ‘pill bugs’....’rolly bugs.’ They look like an oblong prescription tablet with a lot of tiny legs. They move around on the floor like miniature armored battle tanks. When touched they immediately roll themselves into a perfectly round ball. Cats will bat them around in the ball form and just wait for them to unfold. Then they can start the game all over again.
