I have been inspired so many beautiful pictures in my mind. The magic of love, the realism of life’s pains, the nature and beauty of womanhood. These inspire my ability to combine a host of styles in my art. Women seem to inspire me. Maybe because of my own search within myself I am drawn to paint the things I wish to be. A lot of my art has an impasto effect. I love the colors and thickness of acrylic I also use oil pastels and soft pastels. Sometimes mixing acrylics with the soft pastels, gives my work a sense of impressionism and surrealaism.
