An atmosphere of expectation fills the room in this large original painting by Midwestern artist Diane Millsap. Painted in the Impressionist style, the colors range from a beautiful chartreuse green to a crisp white. It is unframed, mounted on stretcher bars, and measures 24" wide x 30" high. This is a standard size which makes frame selection easy. Or, if you choose to hang it unframed, the edges are also painted. Artist's Statement: Open windows and doors are a theme which runs through many of my paintings. To me they are a symbol of looking forward to whatever the future will bring.
