This bold and vibrant canvas is a study in contrasts. Flat shapes are juxtaposed against seemingly three dimensional shapes creating a tension, much like the shifting plates beneath the earth's surface. This original painting is unframed, mounted on stretcher bars. It's size (30" x 24") is standard, which makes frame selection easy. If you choose to hang it unframed, the edges of the canvas are painted and sealed. Artist's Statement: It is always exciting for me to work with abstract shapes and see what develops!
