This bay is right across the street from my house and studio. This is where I go when I need to clean out my head and indeed influences a lot of my painting style (abstract expressionism) I spend a lot of time down here looking for beautiful rocks for my pebble mosaic walkways (note the sprinkles of white rock all over the beach) and for fossils and agates which are amazingly prevelent. I love this shot as it has a really nice curve to it with the beach ending at the typical little fluffs and mists of clouds over the distant hills. This shot was taken in the morning.
