oil & graphite on archival linen panel

For this piece, I very deliberately did not fill in all the forms, did not cover the graphite lines and ground color completely, did not neaten up edges and left areas transparent. It has a raw feel to me that I kind of like. It seems less decorative than the carefully colored, tighter pieces; more primitive. What do you think?
