Since I started my Ode to Tamara de Lempicka series I knew I had to do a portrait of the woman herself. I noticed she included so much of her own features into everyone of her art pieces. Some how she interjected herself and yet kept faithful to her subjects leading one to believe that there are certain attributes are common to all.
Tamara herself was not a raving beauty be any means. Nor was she at all ugly. Her beauty lied i a quiet, posed sophistication stemming from her bold confidence. So much so that the more one would look at her the more one seemed drawn to her.
Tamara de Lempicka: Soft sophistication with a hard edge was created utilizing Poser 10 and CS6 in addition to the illustration of Fractals created in ArtMatic 5. Flexify II was also utilized to complete the work.
