Because of the complexity of certain requests and the differences in styles of my paintings, I have decided to quote pieces on a case by case basis. I did in the past have quotes ready but one quote for a certain type of image or style will vary from another due to circumstances such as the amount of paint that goes into a piece and the time a certain subject / style will take to complete. Please note quotes include 2 revisions. Any changes quested after initial revisions will incur a nominal fee for time spent.

I can create a painting that ranges in size from 5x5 to 48x60 single canvas. Most sizes offered are ready stretched canvas, but if you have a size that isn't standard in some instances I can get custom, high quality canvas made for me from thecanvasplace.com to fit in any area you want to fill!

Multiple panel works also available, please contact me for price quotes on those as well. Quoted prices include materials cost, time, and revisions that might need to be made, *domestic shipping via Fed EX or USPS, insurance, and delivery confirmation (tracking). All works are created on gallery wrapped canvas, staples on the back, and the sides are painted black, leaving you with a ready to hang work of art that does not need framing - unless of course you choose to!

Should you choose to commission a custom piece from me I will work with you on the direction you would like to go. You tell me colors, subject, and compositional elements important to you. Please look over my body of work to ensure my style is what you are looking for. This might go without saying but I have been approached for realistic pet portraits and pop art before even though I create nothing of the sort.

Please know I do not recreate pieces - I want to stress that - I need the creative flow to be as free as possible. I will work hard to create something that is just for you in the style that you want and I work hard to make my patrons happy - but I don't mimic past works. I can only use them as inspiration due to the nature of my style and technique of paint application. It probably goes without saying but I have had people ask for exact replicas before so I do have to make that disclaimer....

Throughout the commission process I periodically send emails letting my patrons know where the piece is in the creative process and I also send some pics here and there if it is a larger piece (much of my work, even commissions, are spontaneous in their creation) so you can see how it is coming and let me know if there are any changes you want made. Once I feel the piece has been finished I will email you the final image for you to look over and decide if you want any revisions to be made. The piece will require a few days to a week or more to fully dry (this will be outlined to you when I find out the type or artwork you are looking for, some techniques take longer to dry than others!) Once dried the piece will be shipped to you and tracking information will be provided for domestic purchases. International purchases will receive customs info. An upgrade to include tracking for a nominal fee is available.

The piece will be signed and dated on the front and back of the painting.

The amount of time it takes to complete a custom piece varies due to complexity of the request to whether the canvas is custom and needs to be ordered, to whether or not there is a waiting list, to of course the size of the piece.

Generally custom orders take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks or so. I will discuss with you your individual needs (or course priority is first come, first served but exceptions can be made in the event of a time sensitive situation, such as a birthday, anniversary, or holiday.)
