This is my first painting of the new year titled "Lily Pad". This piece features one of my little froggies. He is a gorgeous green color and is basking the day away on a lily pad. I wanted the colors in this painting to be somewhat monochromatic and vibrant at the same time. This is a mixed media piece with ink and acrylic on stretched canvas measuring 10" x 8". A beautiful mix of both digital and traditional painting techniques.
