Breakfast. For some it's bacon and eggs, for others hot cereal and juice. Some families eat breakfast together and for many breakfast is what can be grabbed on the run. Whether it's a hearty meal or just a cup of coffee, most of us have our favorite way to help jump start our day.

Which came first the chicken, the egg or the sunrise. This is June's entry for the Nibblefest competition. The theme is sunrise or sunset. What better way to represent sunrise than roses the color of the sun and breakfast. Drawn on archival rag board.
