I spent a day at an event organized to combat "breed bias" against Pit Bull Terriers in August 2013. The event was held in a Springfield city park and the city dictated that members of the public could not bring dogs. Some invited guests were allowed to bring theirs, probably after signing release forms holding the city harmless against any liability. This Coonhound was one of those dogs.
