My entry for the EBSQ Abyss show 2004. Struggles in nature occur in all environments, although those in the depths we rarely witness. The fierce battle between a sperm whale and the giant squid is one that is never seen by man, only imagined by the scars seen after the confrontation on the hide of the whale. Who will win this battle? Only the deep blue sea will know....
