Winter Trees

Last week, many places in the Northern Hemisphere saw snow fall. Some areas only received a light dusting, but in other places life ground to a halt under heavy blankets of too much snow. This week EBSQ's Art of the Day also brings snow, but we promise you'll find in this week's selections only the beauty and fun that snow can bring.

Art: Winter Trees by Artist Carolyn Schiffhouer

Winter Trees was created from a photograph of the trees across the street from me. I have always liked this picture, but could not do it justice until recently. This image is slightly sepia toned with overtones of blue/gray. Very Wintry feel.
