Heavy snowfall, Lincoln Cathedral refectory

- by John Wright

This week's theme: Snow

Last week, many places in the Northern Hemisphere saw snow fall. Some areas only received a light dusting, but in other places life ground to a halt under heavy blankets of too much snow. This week EBSQ's Art of the Day also brings snow, but we promise you'll find in this week's selections only the beauty and fun that snow can bring.

Art: Heavy snowfall, Lincoln Cathedral refectory by Artist John Wright

This original watercolour and acrylic painting shows the refectory building at Lincoln Cathedral during a heavy sowfall.

The painting is unmounted and unframed.

Please note: Depending on the setting of your monitor, the colours may appear slightly different from those of the original painting. Also you must appreciate that it is impossible to convey all the subtleties of texture, tone and hue of the original work in a digital photograph.

If you are interested in a similar painting as a commission or a print of this work, please get in touch with me.
