Little Bunny Zu Zu ACEO

- by Lindi Levison

This week's theme: Oh, How Cute!

It's spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. It's also Easter time. This means cute baby animals are everywhere. You see them in ads and displays. They are found in home decor and yard decorations. They are abundant in the greeting card and candy sections of stores. If you look closely you'll notice is that most of this cuteness comes in the form of chicks and bunnies. Since we can't say no fluffy babies, this week's EBSQ Art of the Day is going full on seasonal cute by presenting a week of chicks and bunnies.

If you saw my entry in EBSQ's hellebore show, you were introduced to my needy dog, Zu. He truly is the neediest dog I've ever owned. He's always wanting something. Well, guess what he wanted this week? Yup, bunny ears. They have them at the dollar store. So I couldn't say no because they were so cheap. Now why in the heck would Zu want bunny ears? Well, it turns out he is a superhero in the making! That's right, my Zu is going to be a superhero. His superhero name is "Little Bunny Zu Zu" and his mission is to save field mice from being bonked on the head. My husband had never heard that song, so I was forced to sing the whole thing for him just the other day. When Zu heard it, he thought maybe that Good Fairy wasn't doing a good enough job. Do you know how many field mice were scooped up before she finally turned Bunny Foo Foo into a goon? Yeah. Lots. But now they don't have to worry. Little Bunny Zu Zu to the rescue!!!!!
