The human form is something artists have been depicting since people started creating art. Sometimes these depictions are realistic. Sometimes features have been exaggerated and sometimes simplified. The human shape has been deconstructed, abstracted and reduced to a just few representational lines. And yet somehow, no matter how it's represented, we always recognize it as human.
This painting is done on a 1/2" thick wood panel. The sides are painted the same blue as the background and have playful soft white circles on them. So there is no need to frame. Hangs from a claw hook on the back of the painting.
