This is my Quilled Hummingbird, an original artwork created by placing my rolls of paper beneath my cut out, simulating the feathers in the birds. It is framed under glass in an 8"x10" black oak frame, finished piece is 10"x12". This is one of my 'New Hampshire Birds' collection, any of which can be combined for a dramatic focal piece on a wall.

The Ruby Throated Hummingbird is at everybody's hummingbird feeder in New Hampshire. We love to watch them in the evening just around dusk. They come and go so quickly that you really need to be watching carefully.
