By far, this is the most involved egg that I have ever worked on, taking months to complete. The egg was hand sanded before laying out the design and it is deeply etched to enhance all the fine details within. Many of the dyes were custom mixed, khaki and minty greens, ruby reds, bright blues and warm peach.
