This is an original Primitive Folk Art ACEO painting by T Moody. This piece is titled: The Big Snow which features a playful scene in the aftermath of the blizzard of 78. This painting feature my two brothers and I making the most of our time in the over abundance of snow. The old log building in the back ground was one of m favorite spots. We created lots of games and things centered around it- we even pretended to be paratroopers and jump from a small opening near the top. My Mom used to holler at us when she'd see us doing that, but oh what fun we had in our little pretend kingdom. We even built a Flintstone car from cucumbers on the other side when an early frost claimed my Dad's garden one year. What a hoot! This card measures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inhces and is done in acrylics and acid free ink on acylic canvas paper. It comes in a durable trading card holder for easy display and added protection. This card also comes with a, EBSQ Certificate of Authenticity that the winning bidder will validate upon arrival. I hope you will enjoy "The Big Snow" as much as I have enjoyed creating it. It is a warm, meaningful addition to my 2007 Folk Art Series! Thanks for stopping by Art N More today and have a wonderful holiday season!
