I made this little pink baby a year or so ago. It was somewhat inspired by that fabulous film, Hedwig & the Angry Inch. This piece is 6" x 6", painted on a sturdy little wooden plaque. Done mostly in acrylics, with a 'barbie doll crotch' attached firmly to the piece. And painted gold of course. It's been so long since I'd seen a barbie doll up close . . . exactly when did they start giving her permanent flowered underwear?
