Art: Toronto Skyline by Artist Wanda Howe

This digital painting is stage 4 (or so) of a piece commissioned by an ad agency in Boston for various print material for a medical conference in Toronto. The client liked the piece at about stage 8 - a less dramatic piece, but I think this one is my favourite. Various 'oil pastel' tools in Painter 8 were used to execute this piece.
