Fall is here! At least it is north of the equator. For a lot of us, autunm means crisp weather, picking apples, leaves to rake up into piles, and in some cases, jumping into those tify piles making them tidy no more. What we bring in from our gardens has changed from tomatoes, lettuce and summer squash to pumpkins, winter squash and soon winter greens. Fall means big sweaters, the first fires in the fireplace and the showy red, orange and gold finale of the trees. Winter will arrive in about two months bringing with it cold and a beauty of it's own. But right now it's time to enjoy every moment of fall
