Cold Journey

- by Kathleen P. Buck

This week's theme: Animal and Wildlife

EBSQ has a wide variety of galleries, filled with a diverse assortment of art. Over the upcoming months, Art Of The Day will be featuring explorations of the EBSQ Galleries that will be more in-depth than one short week can provide.

This is the first week of a two week look that Art Of The Day is taking at the Animal and Wildlife gallery.

Art: Cold Journey by Artist Kathleen P. Buck
A fine art giclée print is produced by using only high quality inks on archival watercolor paper or canvas. It is guaranteed not to fade and the colors will remain vibrate. Each print is professionally reproduced, signed and number by the artist. The print offer here is a limited edition #5 of 250. The Print is matted in a white acid free rag mat to 16" x 20", and is conservation mounted to an acid free foam core board. The image is one of my favorites. I saw a Malemute dog crossing the snow and casting a long shadow, and loved the movement and shapes that were created. Some time later, I was skiing in Oregon near Sisters, and saw this background. I seemed natural to put them together.
