This week's theme: ATC's and ACEO's

ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. These cards are the size of a trading card - they are 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches. ATC's have been traded among artists for some time. They have become more and more popular and now ACEO's are available for sale to collectors who wish to buy them. As the name implies, some are prints and some are originals. Both are in high demand as they are beautiful, easy to collect and fun to make.

I love this piece. It started out as a mini print of a painting of my parents dog Freddy; he's all dressed up in wrapping paper featuring Japanese Kimono fabric designs. When Freddy was alive he loved to dress up, so I'm sure he'd approve of this artwork
