I live in the land of spicy food. When I first moved here I thought I wouldn't get used to it. Now, I can't get enough.

When you eat out they ask, "Red or Green?" I usually go for green because I love the flavor of green chili best. You can also ask for "Christmas" which is a red and green mix. So much revolves around this hot and spicy garnish.
