The subject of "Winter Landscapes' brought to mind a poem, short but sweet, by Robert Frost, for which I used as inspiration behind my painting (and here's a thanks to a very kind friend, with the initials of L.A.M., for allowing me to use her lovely portrait -- thank you, L....!)...:
