Here's a sketch drawing of a stag that I was so eager to do at that time. I believe it was over a holiday and there always quite busy. Hopefully you can see the sketch. The drawing is light on watercolor paper even prior to taking this picture. Additionally, I wanted to add that I was attempting to do a salt technique with watercolors to the painting. To me it failed and the feel was hard and bumpy. I was unpleased with the results and just stopped in the process. I've got a portfolio in itself of scetches like this around my studio. I plan on returning to them some day. :o)
