Working with the Twisted Brush Pro software, this piece was done for the Twisted Brush art exhibit.  I don't usually create scenery art with computer software so this was an experience I enjoyed.  The process of being able to apply different brushes, textures, layers, and styles was definitely fun because there was no cleanup and of course, the undo button was my best friend!

This scene was created because it was soothing to me and it was what I envisioned in my head as a place where I could relax.  I began by just experimenting with the air brush and colors then adding more details with the oil brush.  Using the various tools to see the effects was fun and I feel the colors were made more vivid with the burn tool. It was my goal to create a painting that looked much like a painting.
