When I started painting this piece it was mainly just for color. The colors put me in a mood of calmness, then as I sat and stared at the colors, a woman appeared in the painting to me. So I painted the woman I imagined. I called it Morning Glow because it reminds me of waking up during a spring morning and looking out of my window at a pink sunrise.
