Strength (La Force)

Divinatory meanings-Strength can signify the courage it takes to conquer your fears and to hold your chin up in the face of hardship. This kind of strength isn’t necessarily forceful, it can just as well be the voice of tolerance and calm.

20^th century-Usually shows a passive woman, a pillar (associated with Samson), a lion, and a lemniscate (infinity type halo) of some form around or above the head.

I did two cards for this show and picked ones that I could really relate too in some way. The strength card is associated with the color yellow and the astrological sign Leo. Its symbol is in the top left corner and its element is fire, also symbolized by the triangle at the bottom middle of this card. 20^th century decks have exchanged the trump 11 (lower right) with number 8 (upper right). Strength is one of the 22 trump cards (Major Arcana) in the deck.
