Art: Yoji by Artist Kelli Ann Dubay
This is a painting that was painted after a magazine ad from the early 80's. I do not know who the photographer is. The designer is Yohji Yamamoto. This was my first Acrylic Painting. I studied magazines as a teenager because of fashion interests and art. People have always been a major focus/subject of mine, and usually only one person in a painting at a time. Someone once told me that my paintings always had a lonely feeling to them - I think usually because they only have one individual in the composition.
