I have been very lucky this year to pair with my friend Amanda Makepiece, she's a very talented artist and paints so fine the pebbles she collects. Her watercolors are so clear that no background is needed to obtain the superb result. I didn't want to go through a mere copy of hers, this is why I chose to paint one of her bookmarks paired to an old key (one of her favourite subject too).
