This is my entry into the RIP Show 2008. My partner is Sidhe Kalas who created a painting entitled "Admirers" that I chose to RIP. From Sidhe's profile on her painting "When you see a woman who can go nowhere without a staff of admirers, it is not so much because they think she is beautiful, it is because she has told them they are handsome.” I have a serious love affair with trees. And this little Sunflower has gathered herself quite a few Admirers." I wanted to keep the original idea but paint in my style, with lots of texture and even a texture sand mixture for part of the trees.
