
Painted on gessoed hardboard, this smooth little surface was a pleasure to work on. It involved a detailed design with a lot of information to convey about the belly dancers and their clothing, so the slick surface was just what i needed. It was fun to make the dancers come to life, and give them a larger than life look they had as they passed by us at the parade.
