I had painted a purple nude in college. She was painted from life, very quickly, with imaginary colors I still have her; I like some parts of the painting and others not so much so I thought it would be fun to paint another one and see if I could resolve some of the problems I had with the original.

I like the way she turned out, and thought she would be a good piece to enter in Nibblefest. I had fun doing this quick painting and playing with the bright colors and the lines of her body. I hope you enjoy this work as much as I enjoyed painting it.
