"Take the bull by the horns", but if you do, they will disintegrate. At least in this image they will. The bark of an oak tree with a broken dead branch, showing through to the background will crumble in your palms and you will be left with the trunk alone.

This is a composite of a photo which was flipped to give the illlusion of horns and to create an abstract organic image. The lichen which have inhabited the trunk of the tree have engraved their pattern which create the image.

Nature is a source of inspiration and never lets me down. I discover new images at every turn.
