I created this piece for the February 2006 EBSQ Plus Bodice Ripper contest.

To briefly summarize, the story I created to go along with the art was about a woman who had visions throughout her life of a man with a dragon tattoo and her quest to find him.

I tried to capture the passion and mysteriousness of my story with this illustration. My choice of ink as the medium was deliberate as I felt it fitted the theme of a story surrounding a tattoo.
