
SOLD - Tomatos on the vine, a summer treat! What to do with leftover tomatoes, or too ripe tomatoes? Salsa! Chop, then simmer with chopped onions, chopped green peppers, corn, cilantro, red pepper flakes, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper (all to taste and preference, of course) then refrigerate. Will keep for up to 2 weeks in fridge. Use as you would any salsa.
