Size: actual bag is 5.5" tall and 6.5" wide (8.5" from base to top of handle)

This bag is hand knit with 100% wool yarn and then felted in the washing machine. After the felting is done, the piece is blocked (basically stuffing it with bags or a book to give it the right shape) and set to dry for several days.

For the liner, I used a really fun patterned cotton that has strawberries, flowers, lemons and, of course, watermelons on it. There is an interior pocket as well that is the perfect size for a cell phone. The liner is done on a sewing machine and then hand stitched into the bag.

The handle is made up of beautiful glass beads that sort of mimic the watermelon's seeds. I've also added some ribbon embellishments for added playfulness.
