Lines and texture are all that are needed to express the beauty within this rose's petals. This image took third place (out of aproximately 100 images) in the South Coast Oregon 2003 Image Invitational. Photographed digitally with a Canon G3 in natural light and saved in raw format. Photos are are editied in photoshop to bring out the feeling that inspired me to take the photo.
