This textured tree painting is created on a 24" X 12" X 3/4" canvas with acrylic, sand, and rice paper used in lightly throughout the ground under the acrylic and sand.

Fall trees and leaves is one of my favorite subjects to paint. I simply love Autumn! Everywhere I look leaves are changing a beautiful color of yellow, orange, or red. We just took a trip and on our way Washington, through Oregon, the scenery was just gorgeous....so many indigeous leaved trees intertwined with the pine trees. One of the reasons we fell in love with our home state, Oregon!
