I created this piece with Jasc Paint Shop using 2 images, one of a female and cloned her, then the background of a degrading wall. I edited this image with plugins from Jasc and Auto FX Mystical Lighting.

My mother, who suffers from depression, is what was the inspiration to this piece. It symbolizes my wishes for my mother to come from her dark place of feeling alone and unloved to a brighter place within herself. This is my personnal wish for her future.

Depression is the number one dis-ease people suffer from today. The battle between the mind and the self is what I call it. Anyone who suffers from it I wish for you to look at this image and know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel inside of you and when you can see it with unblinded eyes the colors of love will enrapture you!
