I first made one of these hearts quickly to quell the pain in my heart from losing a little special 'someone'. I've lost a few since then and I've re-dedicated the heart as a remembrance to my 4-legged companions, best friends and look upon it with a smile each morning. I am warmed by the craft, the moment and the memories.

Except for the little red heart, the buttons are vintage and always include at least one card mother-of-pearl...the key (to your heart or someone else's) vintage too.
