Meaning: Layers of old journal writing, old sewing equipment and tintype photos are layered with vintage fabrics to give the nostalgic feeling of the past.

Methods: First a One of a kind fabric collage journal cover was created for the AAAD Calendar project. Each collage is a combination of image transfers, fabrics, lace and other embellishments. Each was created with a word theme. Additional digital layering and text were added to the scanned fabric piece.
