A small modern piece for a small space. It started with a little canvas and a torn screen door with lots of texture and random acrylic washes. Sifting is what we seem to do when we are bomb-barded with outside influences... we must sift through it all to discard those thoughts and feelings that are not ours. I enjoy loosing myself in these meditative pieces as their own story emerges from a blank space. OR, is it my story exposed? This is a 9" x 12" Canvas board mounted on 12" x 24 inch masonite, textured and varnished.
