This is part of my abstract series gritty and sandy~ It is a triptych with (2) 12x24 canvases and the middle canvase is 24x24 all are 1.5 inches thick and the painting wraps around the edges~ I used burnt umber, texture, red oxide, yellow oxide, hooker's green, blue, antique, and white. very well blended~ beautiful triptych! This is my current favorite painting! I just love how triptych's hang on the wall! It is a large piece, and I suppose it could be hung seperately around a room. I ask that you do not frame my work, since I put as much time into the sides of the canvas as the front. Full of gritty sandy texture~!
