This is a colorful, full of life, abstract that captures the eye upon entering a room. To some it may look as a field of green grass with pretty flowers; to others, it may appear as an imaginary ocean with algae and colorful fish; or perhaps something else..... The combination of bright colors just captures the imagination.

This is a very interesting and special piece to me. It started with a desire to paint on a black background, and to have bright colors and lots of curves. I wanted to create an abstract in which I would let my hands feel free to create, but at the same time let bright colors invade the entire canvas. For the most part I wanted the basic colors to stand on their own against the black background. I created a pattern over the entire canvas; but at the end something was missing. It looked just like a pattern from a pretty curtain. Thus, I decided to add green curves, they may look like grass or algae, but their curves and orientation to the right attracts attention to the painting and gives you a feeling of movement, enhancing the bright colors behind it, and creating an environment of its own. I also wanted to bring texture into the painting, so I have many areas of paint on top of paint. To me, the painting has many dimensions. I really enjoyed this abstract experience.
