This painting is all about motion! From the moving waves, to the little sailboat being tossed about. Even the colorful island seems to be moving! The dove is also flying and spreading it's peace. I used acrylic paints on canvas for this painting. I sponged on blue paint for the sky. I also used layers of colored circles to create color and meaning to the island.
