I started this piece more than 2 years ago and decided to pull it out and finish it for the exhibit as it was the perfect for the concept to me. It was a very original idea I got while browsing around Michael's Crafts to use those poly-pellets for weighing down dolls as a textured background. The figure is modeled upon the canvas and painted over with acrylics and gesso. The original idea came from that awful feeling I sometimes get of being alone.
