This is titled ORIGIN, after a poem I wrote--there are excerpts from the poem on the collage--complete poem is hand-written on the back. It goes like this:
Life has not been kind as much as I remember it.
This was the scene: the undergrowth, the creek, corpses-smelling deliciously of progress. We explore, break free, swinging wildly from a saga. We are the only people here and we don't obey the rules.
Water strummed the ground--a thunderstorm. The rain gently dabbled where the earth, indeed, a fire as hell. A flame sputters, I sip a cup of tea. I don't care today--I just sit here in the sunshine. We eat, we drink, we bark like beasts--a side effect of the first born. Nothing much has changed in twenty years.
